The Digital TV Consultancy may occasionally contact users based on their submitted e-mail address, though this would be a rare event.

The Digital TV Consultancy tracks user traffic patterns throughout the site. However, we are not able to correlate this information with data about individual users. We use tracking information purely to determine which areas of our sites users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas.
